Amit Umrao’s journey is a remarkable tale of resilience, vision, and relentless pursuit of excellence. Hailing from a small town, Amit began his career in the HR and Marketing domain, gaining invaluable experience through training and development roles with Raymond. His passion for growth led him to explore new horizons, and in 2012, he moved to Lucknow, where he ventured into the IT industry by founding Softech IT Solutions, a company specializing in software and website development.

Amit’s entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop there. He also launched Space Alive, an advertising newspaper aimed at business development and advertising solutions, providing businesses with a platform to enhance their reach and visibility. However, due to family circumstances and a personal setback, he relocated to New Delhi for a few months, which led to a temporary pause in his ventures.

Undeterred, Amit returned to Lucknow and joined a vocational and skill development company, where he worked for 8 years, gaining insights into the educational and training sectors. In 2019, Amit took over Xpert Safety Solutions Private Limited, a pivotal moment in his career. Under his leadership, the company secured empanelment with several government bodies and began offering a wide range of services, including training programs, vocational education, online and offline exam center bookings, manpower outsourcing, and technology solutions such as CCTV rental, body cameras, biometric systems, and system integration.

Despite the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, Amit’s leadership saw the company through, adapting to changing demands and expanding its reach. Today, Xpert Safety Solutions is thriving, with a strong reputation for its innovation, quality services, and commitment to excellence.
